Reliable Shipping for Mini Golf Courses, Equipment, and Accessories

At Mini Golf Gurus, we are committed to delivering high-quality mini golf products safely, reliably, and on time. From small accessories to full mini golf courses, every order is carefully prepared and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing times, freight options, and delivery methods before placing your order.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, Mini Golf Gurus will begin preparing your product(s) for shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the size, type, and customization of the item purchased. We work efficiently to ensure your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Freight & Shipping Methods

Due to size and weight requirements, shipping methods vary by product:

All mini golf courses and custom golf course carts ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight only.
All other items (putters, golf balls, accessories, power supplies, etc.) may ship via standard carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the product and destination.

Large Item Freight Shipping

For large and oversized items, we primarily use Blue Lane Freight Logistics by Fastenal. Over the years, we’ve found this to be the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option for large products.

Important Note:
When shipping via Fastenal Blue Lane Freight, items must be picked up from the Fastenal location closest to you.

Door-to-Door Freight Option

If you do not have a Fastenal location near you or if you prefer direct door delivery, we can ship your order using Saia Freight instead. Please note that door-to-door freight shipping may result in additional shipping costs.
